Medical Grade Alloys
PML’s ASTM F75 ingots are precision-melted and tailored for additive manufacturing, investment casting, and high-performance component fabrication.

A masterclass in medical-grade metallurgy, offering an impenetrable defense against wear and corrosion.
High-purity ASTM F75 alloy ingots produced using advanced Vacuum Induction Melting (VIM) technology, ensuring metallurgical consistency and ultra-low impurity levels.
Melting parameters and ingot requirements are defined based on customer specifications and end-use application.
High-purity virgin metals are charged into the VIM furnace under atmosphere or vacuum, with alloy chemistry tailored through in-vacuum element additions.
Controlled vacuum melting with real-time spectrometry and oxygen analysis ensures consistent composition and microstructure.
Melt is poured using a fully automatic vacuum tilting mechanism into customized metallic molds for defect-free ingot formation.
Post-solidification, the ingots are processed and finished per customer needs—ready for downstream use in powder, strip, or forged product manufacturing.
Every ingot undergoes rigorous testing and inspection before secure packaging for dispatch.
